Good view from higher floor, swimming pool & breakfast was good. Quick access to taxis. Close to railway stations, close access to tram & metro. Restaurants & cafes around also 24/7 perekrostek.

We stayed for 7 nights in our trip to Moscow. - slow service at reception mainly because of large number of guests. - AC was not working properly and I keep speaking to front desk and ask them to get it fixed every day for 6 days in a row but it wasn't fixed until I spoke to my travel agent to do something, which finally worked. - Staff making egss at breakfast was very unwelcoming and sometimes rude to the point I had to call the staff supervisor to talk to her to make me an omelet! + location: near shops, restaurants, metro, public transports + Good breakfast options + Sauna and swimming pool + welcoming front desk staff

The location of the hotel was great which is was near to the shopping center and metro, however it is far from the center of Moscow the breakfast was Ok but it is the same everyday nothing changed. At the reception Desk sometimes it takes a while until you get check in and that is due to the slow service and luck of employees. The air condition does not work probably and the fan speed is so slow. The big problem happened with me was the bellboy who is helping bringing the baggage into the room. Although it is a four star hotel, but they do not have such service available all the time . Some stuff at the reception treated me so badly in case of helping me taking out my suitcase from the room . they did not informed me before the check out time that there is no bellboy service that day However, they agreed to extend my check out time for two hours without any charge. They got flighted with me and they brought the security man to the desk instead of helping me. really it was so weird and horrible behavior never seen in my life . however i may come back again
