Holiday Inn Southampton Eastleigh M3 jct13 by IHG

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 2 nights as part of the Pepper Pig package. We are so glad we picked this hotel. After reading the reviews I didn't hesitate to book it. The staff here are amazing and incredibly accommodating. Everything is well thought out for families and children including a kids play area and a nice pool to relax in. A great touch is the milk and cookie for the little ones before their bed time. Staff were really polite and nothing was ever too much for them, including the bar staff who gave endless top ups for cold water and ice. Breakfast is very much worth it. Soon as you enter the hotel there's lovley ambient smell that makes you feel like you're walking into something very warming. Kudos to all the staff for their ethos and attitude to make their guests feels welcome. One of the best stays we have ever had. We will definitely be back again.

Superb family-friendly hotel. Good continental breakfast. Reasonably priced on-site parking. Free swimming pool and a kids play room. Milk and cookies for the little one before bed is a lovely touch. Quiet location near Fleming park (including parkrun) for that evening walk.

Really lovely hotel, great staff, great rooms, great for kids with poor and play room etc though I should say PLEASE do not eat here, we paid £150 to feed 4 of us (2 course) and the foods standard was terrible. I dont mind paying high end prices for good food but this was far far from that. Overall great hotel, very bad restaurant.
