Holiday Inn Southaven Central Memphis by IHG

My Family and I stayed here many years ago. We returned this week and the service has been amazing. Our hotel room was spotless, very clean. The breakfast was very good and fresh. We were greeted by April in guest services she made us feel so welcome. The entire team here Maribel, Mr Allan, and Edna served us well at the breakfast buffet. They treated us like royalty responding to all of our needs. I highly recommend this places, there is lots to do, shopping, concerts, and great places to eat!

The start was rocky when I was using my ihg app but after speaking with April and being ensured all my needs would be meet I felt overjoyed with confidence and assurance of her word. After me and my children arrived it was nothing short of greatness from all staff members to even the services provided outside of hotel needs( sharing near by events and more! Awesome job team and please keep up the great work! Above and beyond for sure !

The hotel is dilapidated. Half of the place is torn up and in disrepair, in very sad shape for the price of the stay. Breakfast is a joke for $14, worse than McDonald's. Bar and bartender were great. Room was clean and and in decent shape for the age with no apparent remodel. The AC on our floor and in the elevators were not working. Pool was clean but more than half the jets broken. Would never stay here again unless they remodel or reduce the price.
