Big thanks to all the team for the Great food and cozy atmosphere! Had a wonderful experience — the dishes were flavorful and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the ambiance made it perfect for a relaxed week. The staff went out of their way to make it special. They didn’t hesitate to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and even prepared pizza for us upon request, even though it wasn’t part of the buffet. The breakfast was delicious, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it even better. Definitely will comeback. Highly recommended!

We checked-in an hour early with no issues. The room was spacious and had all the essentials. Guest Services followed up and responded quickly to any requests. Food: Dinner featured tasty Arabic and Levant dishes, while the English breakfast had more variety and a live egg station. Pool: Enjoyable even in summer, as it’s shaded until noon. Water temperature is great too! Staff: Friendly and attentive—even in the lift! Location: Excellent—direct access to Dubai Festival City Mall and IKEA.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway, and we were truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire team—from the receptionists to the waitstaff and room attendants. Despite being visibly busy, every staff member made a sincere effort to serve each guest with the utmost care and attention. Our concerns were addressed promptly, professionally, and with genuine politeness. The responsiveness to our needs made us feel truly valued as guests. While the hotel may have a few limitations in terms of amenities, this was more than made up for by the professionalism and dedication of the staff. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and well worth it.
