Clean hotel with basic rooms and amenities in a good neighborhood. Excellent staff who went out of the way to help with the luggage. In room amenities could be better. We were provided facilities like towels, mugs for 2 when the room was booked for 3 people.
A really nice holiday inn with great rooms and service. The breakfast was awesome and in sure dinner would be too. Only recommendations - better lighting in the dining room could hardly see anything - ceramic cups in the room rather than polystyrene
Large clean rooms. Comfortable king sized bed. Bottled water provided in room. Dove toiletries. Staff was excellent. Friendly, helpful and kind. Called a cab for ride to the airport (280 pesos)Glad to hear they are renovating because bathrooms especially need to be updated. Very good, safe location. Walking distance ( about 20 minutes) Roma neighborhood.
