A reliable stay with consistent standards. Rooftop has a great atmosphere, though the glass is a bit foggy, hard to get clean photos. Breakfast is varied as expected from a big chain. Solid value for money.

Is not the Hotel fault, they were fully booked for King size bed room. They upgraded me to a suite with 2 beds and a child bed. So, it was a fair upgrade for living, but not ideal for sleeping. Down in the cafe, service attendant "DEW" had the nicest smile, warm and inviting presence and made excellent drinks for me. This is the right place to be for Western style hotel accomodations

Huge hotel in practical location in central Rayong along the main road to Chanthaburi adjacent to a shopping mall and a close ride from the beach with its restaurants and other places of interest. Rooms are new, functional and very clean with a modern design. We found the bed very comfy and enjoyed free parking. Concierges are very friendly running to you if you intend to walk up or down the stairs with your luggage insisting doing it for you. They also assist with parking. The only little disappointment was the rooftop bar which is very small and we paid 823 THB for 2 small glasses of wine. Fortunately the French wine was good (the least you can expect at such a price) but it was disappointing the there was no staff thanking us when we left.
