The Holiday Inn truly exceeded our expectations, even with a few minor inconveniences along the way. It served as our base during our stay in Saigon, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warmth. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to accommodate our needs, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The property itself was immaculate, with every area maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Our room was both spacious and extremely comfortable, offering all the amenities necessary for a relaxing visit. The food service was also excellent. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and thoughtfully presented, providing a variety of fresh and satisfying options that perfectly met our needs. Finally, the hotel’s setting added to the overall experience, with a location that was both convenient and aesthetically pleasing. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

This is my favorite hotel in Vietnam! The staff is professional, the atmosphere is fun and relaxed, and fellow guests are from all around the world (high in diversity). This is my fourth stay at the hotel, so I'm speaking from prior experience. The location is also nice because of a nearby mall across the street with awesome restaurants and its close proximity to the airport. I can go on about how cool the pool is and the spa, but what makes this place awesome is the friendliness of the fellow guests and the professionalism of the staff - the receptionist, the pool staff, the bar, the spa, everyone.
