Holiday Inn & Suites Vientiane by IHG

This is a brand-new hotel in Vientiane, and we had a great stay! The sauna and pool were amazing, and there was a co-working space near the lobby with a long table and plenty of outlets. Extra points for allowing us to check in earlier. The staff and manager were super kind and really listened when we brought up a couple of small issues. A heads-up if you plan to use the gym—make sure to bring sneakers, as they won’t let you in without them. Also, the TVs don’t have apps like Netflix or Apple TV yet, but I imagine that’ll change soon. Overall, a super clean and peaceful place—great value for the price, and I HIGHLY recommend!

The hotel is brand new and absolutely beautiful. The gym is huge, and the pool is perfect for relaxing and spending hours by the water—it truly feels like an oasis in the heart of Vientiane. The Hub bar on the ground floor has a great vibe, with tables you can work from during the day and a daily happy hour that’s worth checking out. We had a small issue with the gym, but the manager, Boom, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Vientiane.

Best mattress in town! I stay here for 2 days meeting. They do have the best mattress in town, and it really supports my neck and my back so much. The hotel is new and facilities are way much more than an usual Holiday Inn, staff are also well-trained and very friendly. Definitely return for my next trip.
