Wonderful hotel! Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a great atmosphere. Also pool was amazing. The water was clean and at a perfect temperature, making it really enjoyable to swim. The area was well-maintained, with comfortable seating and lively vibe! Always full of energy, music, and people enjoying themselves , really great place to relax. I’ll definitely be coming back—-highly recommended!!!!

This is one of the best hotels in Georgia, I highly recommend it. Their staff is so friendly and helpful. I really liked its cuisine, it’s so diverse, amazing food and local products. I tried interesting local steak, it tasted very good, fresh and tender. I really liked open pool and great view of the city

About the pros and cons of my stay at Holiday inn. The room has a beautiful view of the city. Very much liked the tasty, varied breakfasts. The restaurant staff is friendly and welcoming. Especially the three waitress girls, were smiling, positive and friendly. The room service itself was a little disappointing. On the first night the fridge where I had groceries stored broke. The door stopped opening after I had already put the groceries in there. Three times I asked for it to be repaired, there was no reaction, finally after my third request the master came and soldered the door off. Then the iron started coming out black fumes, and I ruined my T-shirt, shirt, and suit. Again, I had to ask and remind them several times to clean or replace the iron. No compensation was offered for the ruined items. A week later the air conditioner broke, considering that it was +36 degrees outside and only four days later, after several reminders and persistent requests (and I asked either to fix the air conditioner, or at least give a fan, to which I was told that they can not help, and all the rooms at the moment unfortunately busy). After 4 days finally came masters, could not repair the air conditioner and I was transferred to another room (apparently there was a free room), and as an apology brought cold wine. On returning to the old room to move all my belongings to the new room, I was surprised to find that my personal belongings had been rearranged and the drinks on the table had been drunk. I assume this was done by the handymen who came to my room to check the air conditioning. Reported this to the girl at reception but no response, only offered new drinks 😁 I said that the problem was not the drinks I bought, I understand, it was incredibly stuffy in my room, it had become unbearably hot over the 4 days due to the air conditioning not working, and the master decided to cool down with my drinks, no problem, I don't feel bad if it made him feel better. It's just that there is such a thing called "personal items". I asked to pass on the information about not using the residents personal belongings. Because in the place of those drinks could have been anything - money, toothbrush and the like. It was not the breakages themselves that upset us, but the attitude towards the visitors. I had to approach with a request to fix the problem at the reception, to the guys in security and even to the cleaners; to everyone in a row, many times to remind and offer their options for solving the problem. To summarise, it seems to me that a hotel of this level should not have problems of this nature.
