Holiday Inn Telavi

Had wonderful experience here. Well-cleaned rooms, polite and professional staff. They gave us room with balcony after our request and it had amazing view🌠 Definitely must go in Telavi!

Reception was great. There are very nice girls there. It's a pity our room was not cleaned in two days. The standard room with a balcony itself is really good. The hotel has two swimming pools. I swam in both. The exterior is large, until it was heated in May and it was cold, but I got used to it and enjoyed it. The upper pool is quite small (but it was heated) and there were few places for a few visitors. Breakfast was not bad. Everything was delicious and clean there. And the most important thing is the view from the balconies and in general from the façade side to this magnificent part of city and to the statue of the legendary king and the majestic mountains of the Caucasus. In my opinion, this view is one of the best.

expected a higher standard from a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. Since morning, there hasn’t been a single towel available in the room or provided by housekeeping—even after multiple requests to the front desk. For a hotel in this category, basic amenities like towels should never be an issue. The room itself was comfortable and the facilities seemed well-maintained, but the lack of such a simple necessity severely impacted my stay. I hope management addresses this issue promptly, as it’s unacceptable for guests to be left waiting for something so essential all day.
