I am a Singaporean now living in France. Have been a business traveler for 30 years and having stayed in uncountable hotels world wide and tens of hotels all over China. I have stayed here for 3 weeks, checking out today, and there is no doubt that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed.in China. I do not normally write a review or recommendation letter but this hotel, especially the service staff - from duty managers to F & B outlets to conceirge - impressed me so much that I have written a recommendation letter to the H.R. to praise 7 staff members for their excellent service. Thanks to all the staff members in Holiday Inn Bin Hai for making my 3-week stay a very pleasant and comfortable one and I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again if I return to Tianjin, China in the future.

One the of more interesting building designs, in a city with a lot of fresh architectural designs, this Holiday Inn really stands out. Shaped like a pyramid that leans forward on one edge, this steel & glass structure is pleasing to the eye. Rooms are spacious and we'll maintained. I've stayed here many times & find it's a good location when on business in Tianjin ( TEDA ). Helpful staff when you need them who speak passable English. Fast Internet, too.

Helpful staff, especially the guys at reception. The room was clean and cozy. I was dissatisfied with the bar/live music area, as it was quite expensive, had a stiff atmosphere, all-chinese music with the same musicians every day, and staff wouldn't let me finish my whiskey in my room - just stay away from that area. Location is OK, with plenty of shopping malls nearby.
