Holiday Inn Ufa

I had an awesome stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, all old town attractions are within short walking distance. Apart the beautiful window view, the room was spacious, it had everything I need, including even slippers and iron and the staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Buffet breakfasts are absolutely fantastic - pancakes, oatmeal, fried and scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon and many more. Very comfortable beds, cleaning every day, free water on the floor. What could be better: 1. during breakfasts waiters are literally stealing plates :) without even asking if I finished or not. 2. In the room there’s a note that if you don’t want a new towel, just let it hang otherwise leave on the floor. But every single day I had a new one which is not very good for the environment. 3. We stayed in the hotel restaurant till 3am on 30.06.19 and when came for the breakfast at 8am were met by the same staff which served us during the night. In my opinion it’s not the proper way to arrange staff shifts and then expect them to do their best at work. In general I really enjoyed staying in Holiday Inn Ufa and would definitely recommend it! the rooms are fine but the restaurant is a disaster. the servers are beginners, they do not speak English and the dishes take between 30 min and 45 min to arrive. I worked in Ufa and the locals confirmed this opinion to us. otherwise, other than the burgers, the food is good.
