Staff were incredibly friendly. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. My kids said it was a 100/10. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We ended up needing to stay on the island for and extra day and chose this hotel for the decent price and the pet friendly rooms. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and understanding of our situation. The room was newly renovated and had a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were extra comfortable after a long day. The location was great for a quick walk with our pup. I would recommend this hotel for the extra bonus of being located near the airport.
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Elk Lake in order to be closer to the airport on our way out of Victoria. We expected a small simple room but were pleasantly surprised with a spacious room that was extremely clean. The outdoor pool was pleasantly warm with a beautiful backdrop of the mountains. It would have been nice if there was a hot tub but the pool was nice. We did ask a couple of times for an extra pillow and didn't end up getting one but this would be our only small complaint. The breakfast voucher was a pleasant bonus and it was a good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!
