Holiday Inn Vienna City by IHG

Quiet position very close to the center of the city (by walk), very welcoming and nice staff that helped me with every detail with kindness and a smile. My room booked online was close to the inner garden (a beautiful and chilled space inside the hotel). It was very nice, but I was looking for something quieter, and they arranged me on the same category, a beautiful 7th-floor single cozy room with stunning view over the neighborhood roofs. All the staff and especially Elisabeth, Scarlet and Robin at front reception, made my stay excellent with outstanding hospitality. The breakfast was not included, but when I saw the delicious, fresh and quality food they were serving for just €17 (29-07-20025), I decided to have it every day since. That was a huge deal, compared with the prices you can find around the city (random bar Cappuccino + plain croissant = around €6). A huge deal if you consider the comfort and the excellent staff attending your stay and needs.

Great stay at Holiday Inn Vienna! The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, and the small buffet had a good variety. Perfect location in the heart of the city. When we checked out, the receptionist gifted us a thoughtful Austrian biscuit — such a sweet gesture that my kids and I really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful at a recent stay at this Holiday Inn. It's convenient to the train, buses to get anywhere in the city and about a 30-minute walk to the city center. Lots of wonderful restaurants in the area as well as grocery stores if you want to stock up on snacks. Unlike many European hotels, it has a gym. On top of all of this, the rooms were clean and front desk staff were exceptional - top notch for sure. I stayed for a week and have no complaints. Highly recommend.
