I stayed at Vista for 2 weeks in June on a business & leisure trip and really enjoyed my time. The location is handy, the breakfasts are excellent and the staff were helpful & friendly. I booked a Suite on the 13th Floor with additional access to the Executive Lounge and it was all very comfortable. As a mark of respect, I'd like to personally thank Daisy & Judy (Front Desk) Linda Li (Executive Lounge) Valentina Pan (Housekeeping Manager) Jessica Cao (Reservations Manager) and Ms Jun Li Jiang (Housekeeping 13th Floor) for the great service and friendly smiles which really made a difference. I stayed here between the 2nd November 2004 and 9th November 2004. I am wanting to return here for nearly 20 years. The staff were so nice, sorting out taxis and flight confirmations. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. Shanghai was my favourite destination ever!
I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was pretty good, the staff welcoming, and the price reasonable. However, the double beds in my room were quite small for two adults and more suited to two children.
