Holiday Inn Warsaw Józefów

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for three months, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Conveniently located just 25 minutes from both the airport and Warsaw city center, it offers easy access while still providing a peaceful retreat.The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the gym met all my needs, and the bar and porch offered ideal spaces to relax after a long day. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible staff—especially Sylwia and Paulina. They made us feel like family, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Whether offering thoughtful local recommendations or sharing genuine conversations, their kindness and professionalism were second to none. Thanks to them, my stay was not just enjoyable, but truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 would visit again!

The male staff at the reception desk was busy but very attentive. Kindness at its best. When I asked for a cab, he frequently told me how much time I had left and took care to make sure I didn't get sidetracked by someone else. A first for me. I was very impressed. It will warm your heart. Excellent facilities. Rooms are clean and spacious👍
