Exceptional staff, very helpful & will go above & beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The room was spacious & had everything you need to enjoy your time there. Great place to stay, have a drink & not have to drive home. Highly recommended & will surely visit again.
I was served by Luke and he was absolutely a pleasure to speak to. I was checked in very efficiently 👌. He was very welcoming and polite. His customer service skills are perfect. Coffee in the breakfast restaurant was nice and also the staff. Really nice hotel to stay at and reasonably priced.
Well, for my first week here,I don't have any major complaints about the place itself.the room serves its purpose as you'd expect. It's a place to rest up,shower and store your belongings while you carry about your plans.the room itself is relatively modern but a little dated in small doses.being Warwick farm, plenty of horse pics! The WiFi was more than suitable when streaming on your devices so no issues there. The only issue I had is outside traffic noise. Whilst I accept you're on a major arterial road, double glazing on the doors/windows could address this.as a result, you'll enjoy the delights of late night motorcycle groups riding to achieve new levels of noise and of course, can't forget the 4 wheel types as well.seems the road coming off the main highway attracts speed racing. The surrounding properties tend to focus the noise inwards so no help there. If you're a night owl, weekends have early morning risers or arrivee's and the closing of heavy doors highlight this, but the general sound transfer between rooms ,around ,above, below is minimal. The nearby small stadium with forest like growth provides natural bird life which are audible in the mornings, feels like you're in the blue mountains, until traffic runs it! Food wise, room service is available but don't be lazy people! Make the short trip downstairs to the continental breakfast lounge.has the usual fair of scrambled eggs, beans, toast, etc although the pancake machine made me laugh! "Fresh " fruit and fresh fruit, cereals and my fav, chia seed pudding and creme Broulee/jelly.now I've been to a few establishments and the chia puddings at the Fremantle esplanade hotel still rates number 1 ,yum! Thank goodness the coffee is great, drink there or take away.but the nearby Mecca's didn't disappoint! Lunch and dinner you have the usual Aussie favs downstairs but being dual level, expect weekends to be busy with birthdays, events etc.plenty of TV's for eye stimulation. Small games room for thre rug rats. Plenty of monitored car parking but it's the usual race to secure the front carport spots in front. DIU washing has old school machinery at $4 a pop but there is in-house laundry services at cost. Staff are friendly and attentive as you'd expect. So overall, you'll find this place good value for accommodation and well within reach of most sites and services.
