Holiday Inn Yerevan Republic Square by IHG

My stay at the Holiday Inn Yerevan was absolutely fantastic! The hotel offered a peaceful and restful experience, with a room that was impeccably clean and meticulously maintained. Every detail was taken care of, and the top-notch amenities were evident throughout. The room's soothing and relaxing color scheme added to the ambiance, making it feel even more comfortable. The lighting was perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I also appreciated the sustainable approach to refilling the water bottle, it was a thoughtful touch that I truly enjoyed. Every aspect of the room was well thought out, from the tidy toiletries to the efficient room service, everything was clearly provided for my comfort. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the wonderful staff - they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Their dedication to serving guests is truly commendable. The hotel's prime location in the city center was also a major plus, making every attraction and landmark easily accessible. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Yerevan for a comfortable and convenient stay in this beautiful city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this holiday Inn location. The front Desk staff were incredibly helpful, including assisting me with communicating with our Yandex Driver as we were departing and he was a bit turned around, but did not speak any English. One young woman, Mary, from the front desk stayed with us until he arrived to ensure we departed smoothly, a step above! We had the privilege to stay during Vardavar and enjoy the festivities in the middle of the action right next to Republic Square. We loved that food and gelato were within an easy walking distance, the breakfast spread was incredible with a great mix of local and western style foods, even a cute breakfast bar just for kids which my daughters enjoyed. The pizza from the hotel kitchen the night of our arrival was delicious and the girls enjoyed their free scoops of ice cream as well. The room was spacious and comfortable, they had it all set up for my daughters to be comfy on the additional pullout beds and everyone slept very well. We did not use the pool as it was more of a lap pool incorporated with the gym in the spa run by a 3rd party vendor and not as kid-friendly. I did book a massage that I ended up coming back to the hotel for after we checked out that was much needed. Recommend if you are visiting Yerevan and would like to be in the heart of it all.

We had a really nice and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was nice, with plenty of fresh options and a cozy setting to start the day. We also used the gym, which was decent (not the most fully equipped tho), it had enough for a basic workout. What we appreciated most was the location which was close to everywhere we needed to go, with easy access to main attractions. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.
