What a beautiful place to be spend a week. Great location just a few minutes to Port Grimaud on foot, with a big range of bars and restaurants. The resort has a bar and restaurant of its own, and cider on draft! Try the pizzas, fab. Plenty of entertainment on all week, with bands and kids entertainment. There is a shop on site selling most essentials if you need them or a bakery next door.

This was our very first time staying at a campsite, and honestly, we didn’t really know what to expect. But from the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. Our lodge was spotless, the little garden was well kept, and everywhere you look you can see how well the place is taken care of. The pool is big enough for a proper swim, and the walk to the beach is totally doable — we enjoyed doing it more than once. There's also enough to do in the evening You can hop over to Sainte-Maxime or Saint-Tropez by car, bike, or even boat, or simply stay at the campsite and enjoy the relaxed entertainment. Nobody pressures you to join in, but the friendly vibe makes it nice. We joined a game of water volleyball and loved the Friday night musical show — definitely worth seeing! We’d happily come back and can recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway.

Sadly wasn’t for us. Elizabeth and Phil are lovely people but most of the rest of the personnel were quite rude and abrupt during our stay. Very sad really as could be amazing if the attitude of the team improved and they were happier and improved their guest relations. A 5 star resort should display 5 star service levels but regrettably this wasn’t the case throughout. The staff looked downtrodden fed up and angry to service guests. The restaurant staff were better I have to say but the front of house team and simply shocking and need training on attitude guidance for guests and providing proper detailed information at check in. A smile wouldn’t go a miss either. We didn’t feel like we were on holiday - it was more like a military camp in the end and we couldn’t wait to leave. Final straw was when we were hit with payment request of 55 euros for bedding hire for one double and one single bed …. This was a first for us in a 5 star camping resort. It’s not the money - it’s the principle and inconvenience of us. We would have preferred to pay more at the offset and have it included. Who wants to make beds when on holiday afterall? This is an honest and fair assessment of our experience.
