Cristiano is a generous man. The apartment is fully equipped. It's clean. Coffee machines, coffee filters, coffee capsules, cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. It's all available. He's a very helpful man. Each apartment has its own outdoor seating area where you can have breakfast and coffee. Ironing equipment is available. Games, PlayStation, Wi-Fi. He's a professional in this field. Book without hesitation. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Zel am See 10 minutes. Salvadin 10 minutes. We stayed 6 nights between 23-29.12.2023. A very nice and fully equipped apartment. Unfortunately, the automatic electric heating was set at very low temperatures (21C living, 19C bedroom). Being on the ground floor, with very cold floor, it was really uncomfortable. In addition it was impossible to dry the sky boots, gloves, etc. as the radiators worked only a few hours. The temperature setting was increased by 2C, by the owner at our request in the 3rd day, but the temperature discomfort persisted as during night setting was lower and in the morning it was always cold in the living. The drying problem of ski equipment persisted. The accommodation doesn't have means to dry ski boots. In conclusion, it is a wonderful apartment for summer, but not for winter !
