Pathetic experience! We stopped for breakfast and I am regretting every single bit of it. Chamapal, a wait staff there had the audacity to bad mouth and purposely delayed the food. They took 25 minutes to serve the bread basket? I have been coming to Regency for the past 5 years or so, it was horrendous this time. The worst was their cashier Raza, who was pretending to be the manager and when I told him I am going to put up a review he panicked and called the actual manager and they were all gossiping right in front of my eyes. In the end when the manager arrived he said they are not trained hospitality staff and offered freebies, absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful. Lastly the food, honesty the food here is amazing but this time it felt as if I am having breakfast in some cheap roadside restaurant, it was bad total bad! Moreover we wanted to meet the GM to complain about all this, however, he did not show up, we kept waiting. In the end we left with 100 complaints and a sad face. No wonder if a hotel who claims to be a 5 star property has a GM like this, has an inhospitable staff! Guys this is far away from a 5 star property, it just has the looks of a 5 star property but they lack, the hospitality and etiquette! Do not stay here
