Had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean, well-maintained, and spacious—especially since we were given a triple room instead of a double. Housekeeping is available 24/7, which was very convenient. The shuttle service to the Haram was reliable and always available, taking around 10 minutes, though it can take longer closer to prayer times due to traffic. A special thanks to Wigdan at reception for being so kind and taking great care of us!

It’s a wonderful hotel, with beautiful views and is close by to anything you need so the heat doesn’t swamp you. Masjid al Haram was a short trip away, the only downside is the taxis want to charge you more than they need, and the hotel bus drops you off a fair distance from the haram, so you must take a 0.3 kilometer walk to it. It isn’t bad by any means, but having elderly friends and family makes it more inconvenient. Also, the staff were very good at cleaning, but they had to be reminded more than once, but not out of your way kind of reminding. The food available to customers was delicious with a wide variety of food from different Islamic, Arabian, Indian, and Persian cultures and cuisines. You could choose anything to eat, and each day you could try something different and not get bored. All their staff was hospitable, and more importantly generous, suitable to any visitor of Makkah AlMukarama.
