Holiday Tagansky Hotel

Hotel is very good, with efficient staff. They are always eager to help, and go the extra mile to make us happy. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The buffet spread is quite big, with a mix of local and continental cuisines.

The hotel is close to the metro station and is only a 5-minute walk from the metro station. There are grocery stores around the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good and acceptable. The room was clean and big in size. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Overall, the quality of the hotel was satisfactory

What a terrible experience we had at this hotel. Firstly we never got assistance with our luggage the baggage porters just looked at us struggle with our luggage from getting in the hotel to leaving the hotel totally unacceptable. Secondly, our room was barely cleaned the crumbs from the previous days was still there. No cleaning was done whatsoever we even had to call reception multiple times for clean cups everyday and for our room to be cleaned totally appalling. The bed was not even made we had to dust off the sheets and clean our bed sheets what’s the point of being at a hotel if we have to make our own beds??The staff attitude was so appalling none of them spoke English which made it so difficult to ask for anything , we literally got an attitude from the lady making eggs to asking for mere coffee🥲. We called for room service asking for ice cubes which till today we didn’t get so what’s the point of a room service facility if it’s not going to be delivered?? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Unsatisfied guest.
