By far the best hotel I have stayed at. The service we received was just outstanding from the amazing choice of food, entertainment and service. Also a shout out to the cleaners who made our beds and always put out 18 month old daughter’s teddy’s on the bed pillows. The attention to detail goes along way and it was very much appreciated. I would personally like to see the children’s entertainment to start a bit earlier than 9 in the evenings and also not a fan of the long pillows. The bus to and from the beach club was a bit rough but always on time and made it easy to commute between hotels, no stress. We have already booked our stay for next year. Thank you all

Huge hotel with great facilities. The Animation team are brilliant, they really put a lot of effort into every activity and the kids love them. They always try to put a smile on the kids faces and get everyone involved at the kids disco. Entertainment shows are very good. The wristbands are a bit annoying for opening the door locks and I would prefer a normal pillow to the long ones but other than that I would return. Good variety of food and games by the pool.

We've had a wonderful 2 weeks here at Hotel Polynesia. The selection of food is good. There is always something tasty to choose from. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms spacious. But what really makes it is the animation team. They work tirelessly to include everyone from tiny tots to the adults with all sorts of family games in between. My husband particularly enjoyed the water polo (VAR decision questionable! Lol) and darts and the kids enjoyed the Frisbee basketball and archery. They really take an interest in everyone and make an effort to know names. They greet you with a smile all day and then go on to the evenings Kids disco. The hotel is very impressive and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Thank you for making our holiday great 😁😁😁
