Rooms were spacious but slightly dated, could benefit from an upgrade. Staff were all amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. All staff were so hard working & didn’t stop from first thing in the morning. The entertainment staff/animation staff were incredible. The location was quite isolated so it wasn’t easy to go for a walk in the evenings, great if you are happy to stay at the hotel the whole time, but if you want to get out & about you have to get a taxi or bus. Overall we had a great 10 day holiday.
Rooms are a bit dated but clean and really did not have a negative impact on the holiday, they are also very spacious. Service has been very good from reception, bar staff, cleaners, entertainment. Location is a bit out of the way from places but 10 min walk to a lovely beach and as long as you are aware of location before booking then nothing to complain about. Lots of things on at the hotel and water park to keep everyone entertained. Food labelling in the buffet could be improved but overall a great holiday.
I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights in June. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the sea view from the room was beautiful. A major highlight was the free access to the beach club and water park, which added excellent value to the stay. However, the hotel didn’t feel like a true 4-star property — more like a 3-star in terms of quality and service. Here are some issues I experienced: Housekeeping missed cleaning the room for a couple of days. The toaster and phone in the room were broken. Room furniture appeared poorly maintained, with visible screw fixes that looked cheap. There was mould in the pool area and the bathroom. The balcony furniture was made of flimsy plastic and was quite uncomfortable. Buffet food lacked variety and was repeated daily — at times, it didn’t look very fresh. Overall, the location, view, and beach club access were excellent, but the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance and service to truly meet 4-star standards.
