Holistay at Level 26 Franklin Street

I stay regularly at this serviced apartment. Excellent value for money. Basic but always clean and quiet. Very convenient location. The staff regularly take the trouble to help with little details like: meeting my request for a certain room set-up which is convenient for work away from the office, phoning to check if I am late for check-in due to plane delays, streamlining the check-in and invoicing process. Recommended.

Pretty average place. Tiny apartment with tiny size rooms and toilets. Suitable for a single or young couple. Not suitable for families or large size members. Only good thing about the apartment is location. Which is located in the city.

Beds are comfy in a basic room. Comfortable stay although upgrading is needed. Hall carpet needs replacing as it smells dusty. Bathroom is a decent size with a shower/bath although the bath tap wasn’t working. Shower tap had to be used to put water in the bath. This room had a large balcony but desperately needed cleaning. A/C worked well and was quiet. Reception closes at night so entry is with the key provided outside day hours. Lifts are a decent size but disabled access to the building in non-existent. Mostly Asian eateries in the area so not a great selection. Tram is fairly close and it’s in the free-tram zone.
