I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room was not clean at all—dirty sheets, dusty furniture, and an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. It was clear that proper hygiene and maintenance are not a priority here. On top of that, the customer service was shockingly bad. The staff were unhelpful, unresponsive, and at times even rude. Any request I made was either ignored or poorly handled, and no one seemed to care about guests’ comfort or concerns. Overall, my experience was catastrophic. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of better options—avoid this place if you want a peaceful and clean stay.
If I can give zero it will be more realistic ! If you want to sleep with dirty sheets and cockroach is is a very good place to Really if you read this comments and you want to stay in a safe and clean hotel Avoid this place (can’t call it a hotel and by the way no cleaning for the room daily)
Okay I'm just here for the cleanliness. It's dirty, I give it a 0 for that, sheets are worn out, dust everywhere, spider webs, cockroaches and the list goes on, and knI was hesitant to give it a bad review, bec the guy that welcomed us was nice. But, when I saw that big cockroach,, hell to the no. Thumbs up to the sea view, and the pool on level 6, they're nice, but other than that I won't repeat it again.
