Best experience in Jerusalem when booking an apartment. The staff was easy to communicate with and the check in and out experience was extremely easy. The best part is the apartment was amazingly clean. The location is superb and walking distance from any interesting areas in Jerusalem. The building is new and upkeep is on point.

PLEASE- PLEASE -PLEASE, BE AWARE WHEN YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! I booked this hotel for 4 days (14-18 Jan 2020) for my family. Due to Iran/America crises (7 Jan 2020) i had to cancel this hotel for the safety of my family as there was a travel warning form Australian government not to visit the Jerusalem and and Westbank area. I informed the hotel and asked for refund but they simply refused to refund any money. usually if no show then they charge one-night charges and refund the rest but this hotel management is so greedy they charged me full amount of $871.00. Shame on you holysuit hotel management and the owner. “Usually if you cancel the hotel reservation for a genuine reason and informed them one day before then they would charge one-night charges and refund you the rest. I had informed them on 8 January which is one week in advance but these greedy people still charged me full amount.
