Perfect hotel. Beautiful old building with lots of character, modernized and comfortable room, parking on site. Helpful and friendly staff. And just minutes to walk to both old town and the Jewish Quarter. Loved my stay!

Very nice and homey hotel. Good large rooms which are very clean. High quality mattresses. Very good sound isolation from inside the hotel and also from the outside street noises. Convenient location. Good service. Fair prices.

Hotel is nice, can’t say anything else, cause my review is based on what I have seen on pictures only, cause unfortunately I didn’t even manage to get into the hotel. Hotel notified me 1 hour before the check-in that they cancelled my booking. 1 HOUR BEFORE CHECKING IN. I was arriving to Krakow having no place to stay, with many hotels sold out. Hotel explained that booking was cancelled due to some technical issues. And the hotel didn’t provide any room instead due to absence of free rooms. The hotel didn’t organise any other booking for us in other hotel. They contacted Booking to find a different place for us, they explained that Booking supposed to contact us and they just put a responsibility on Booking.com. Eventually we ended up having no place ti stay in and with “apologies” in form of messages. So what can I conclude. Definitely recommend it if you want to find a reason to panic and like to sleep on a street. Otherwise please find another place
