I loved my stay at Clarion Collection Bergmästaren! The rooms have been recently renovated so they are very comfortable and quiet. The hotel offers a tasty breakfast as well as a good dinner meal free of charge! It is the first time I’ve ever found this in an hotel - very appreciated. The sauna and the fitness room were also very good. The rooms aren’t cleaned if we don’t ask for it for environmental concerns, this didn’t bothered me at all but I would just recommend the front desk to inform the guests as I found this information randomly while reading some paper advertised in my room. I was a bit of a high-maintenance guest, asking about vegetarian alternatives to the meatballs that were the "light evening meal" that's included in the price. It turned out that there was also a big salad bar with plenty of beans but they warmed up some veggie lasagna for me anyway. Then I managed to shatter a glass in the bathroom, but they came and vacuumed it up right away. So the staff at this hotel were quite tolerant of me! A lot of care has been taken with the decor and it is really cool except for the carpets.

Great hotel! Small but lots of amenities! Rooms are small but very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was great with lots of variety. Didn’t have a chance to try the fika or dinner but I’m sure they were excellent. We did get a drink at the small bar at the lobby, which was appreciated. Also appreciated the luggage storage after check out as our train was later in the day. Very charming accommodation!
