One of the best hotels I have even stayed in! The staff were amazing and the services were excellent!
Great hotel! The staff was very good. Food that was served during the evening was very good. The breakfast was also very good. Only minor complaint on some staff that was not so service minded, but it was not a real issue. Maybe a bar day like the rest of us.
The hotel is well positioned, and the public rooms are very pleasant. Our room was located in a wing at the back across the courtyard. The room was larges and seemed comfortable, if somewhat dated. However in the morning both of us found that we had many bites all over our bodies, which could only be from bedbugs. We told the lady at reception, her reaction was somewhat sceptical, but she said she would arrange a pest inspection and inform us of the results. This happened almost three weeks ago and we have heard nothing fromthe hotel.
