Home Hotel Savoy

First of all I wanna say the staff in this hotel is so kind and friendly and try to help in every way possible. The hotel is very well located, practically walking distance from most attractions in the center. The breakfast buffet is really good, fresh tropical fruits, smoothies, bread, eggs, local specialties, much more than I was expecting. They also offer Fika (afternoon coffee) nothing fancy but still nice to have the option, and also a dinner buffet with soup, salads and a main course, which is quite basic but good enough, specially if you are traveling on a budget. I liked the design of the common spaces from furniture to decor. I enjoyed my stay and can only recommend it.

Great hotel with the big rooms, amazing breakfast and well enough dinner lounge. Like the view we had. The only thing is good to fix - the hooks. There were none in our bathroom that could work for the robes.

We are Americans and have used this hotel five times over the years. We love Norway and Oslo, as well as the several other cities in this magnificent country. This hotel provides great and friendly service AND accommodations. The staff went by end expectations. They were helpful, friendly and made us feel welcomed. We love this country and will return. When we do we will definitely come to this hotel.
