I had a wonderful stay at Home Suite Hotels Rosebank in South Africa. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their warm attitude made a lasting impression, and I truly appreciated how they always greeted us with a heartfelt “Welcome home.” The room was spotless and beautifully designed—modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. It was a great space to relax after a busy day. The restaurant also exceeded my expectations. I dined there a couple of times and was impressed by the flavorful, well-prepared dishes. Compliments to the chef—the food was as good as any top restaurant outside a hotel. One thoughtful gesture that really stood out happened on a day I was heading out very early for a safari trip. The kitchen staff kindly prepared a generous breakfast bag for me with bread, yogurt, an apple, banana, and apple juice. It was such a considerate touch that made all the difference. Another highlight was Meggie, the friendly hotel dog who greeted guests in the lobby. That small detail made the hotel feel even more personal and welcoming—just like the hotel’s concept promises.

I had a wonderful experience at Home Suite Hotels. I was initially there for work, and the setup was perfect, quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped for productivity. The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming, making check-in smooth and my stay seamless. Later in the week, my wife joined me for the weekend, and it was the perfect change of pace. The hotel effortlessly transitioned from a functional work environment to a relaxing getaway spot. We both loved the stylish decor, the thoughtful amenities, and the warm atmosphere throughout.

A very modern and charming hotel located in a pleasant and safe area of the city. We loved that the hotel has two adorable, friendly dogs, Maggy and Hazel, who really add fun to the overall atmosphere. On our last day, we discovered a lovely pool area and gym. A great address to keep in mind. However, rooms facing the avenue are quite noisy, and we had to wait more than an hour for our meals at the restaurant.
