I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodations and great service
From the moment we arrived, the experience at the hotel was exceptional, thanks in large part to Jeremiah, the hotel manager. His dedication to outstanding customer service was evident in every interaction. Jeremiah went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable, personalized, and stress-free. Not only was he warm and welcoming, but he also handled every request with efficiency and genuine care. Whether it was helping us with last-minute reservations or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, Jeremiah’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were unmatched. It’s rare to encounter someone who truly elevates the entire experience through their leadership and professionalism. Thanks to Jeremiah and his wonderful team, this hotel has become our go-to destination. Highly recommended for anyone who values exceptional service and a memorable stay.
I don’t even know where to begin. I’m not usually one to complain, but this hotel is a disaster! We traveled a little over 3 hours here for a family reunion. Upon arrival, we were informed there was a state wide outage on key programming - however we were able to use our Hilton Rewards app as a room key so that wasn’t the worse. Just extended check in time. When we requested information on the pool (we have two young kids - this was supposed to be the highlight of the trip for them) we were informed it was closed. Nothing was disclosed prior to our arrival or during check in. In fact, we weren’t told until we inquired about it after checking in. The cleaning supplies they use are pungent to say the least. One attendee of our reunion had to find a completely different hotel because just being in the building caused major hives all over her. The lobby, hallways etc are quite literally hotter than hell itself. I’m telling you, it was cooler outside in the GA humidity than inside the hotel. We left for a couple hours to attend the first event. It was warm in our room when we arrived but much much cooler than the hallways. We set the AC on 65 ready to freeze when we got back. It was SEVENTY FOUR degrees when we returned. My wife proceeds to go downstairs to find a solution. She was met with a lobby full of people and one girl working solo. When another employee finally came out to help, she was very rude to his coworker. I will say, the young lady that checked us in on Friday was the ONLY positive of this stay and she was AMAZING. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. But, if she sees this, you my dear are an absolute gem. The employee was able to find us another room which overall was much more bearable than the first room. However, we did wake up both mornings sweating half to death. The electrical in this building is questionable to say the least. We quite literally couldn’t even use a blow dryer. Every single outlet in the room would trip every single time we turned on the blow dryer. The final kicker for me was as we were packing and getting ready for departure, we heard a LOUD banging on the door. Explain to me if checkout is at 11, why would they send people banging on the doors before 10 questioning us on checkout etc Overall our trip was great, but the accommodations that we paid good money for were pathetic.
