The apartment is in poor condition (dirty, poorly equipped, and with absolutely uncivil and aggressive neighbors). As if that weren’t enough, in the evenings a shady figure roams the floors—supposedly the security guard. This individual sees himself as a sheriff and takes it upon himself to disturb the peace and deliberately accuse the guests of making noise that only he seems to hear. In addition to his false accusations, the guard approaches people with an aggressive and disrespectful attitude, even going so far as to write complaints that are nothing short of absurd. For the price paid, this service does not reflect the expected standards in any way, and I strongly recommend looking for a different accommodation. An experience I would absolutely never repeat!

Can’t recommend, wouldn’t go there again if it was free. Okay, this is gonna go a while, so buckle up: first of, upon arriving we wanted to park our car on the parking space we booked for 115 € only for the remote operating the garage door not being in the lock box. After an unhelpful call to some unhelpful people, someone else opened up for us. But our parking space was occupied by the security guards car so heads up for that. The garage being a badly engineered mess is a nice addition. Alright, so then we went to our apartment, first things first, the key was there but a chair was broken, the couch was broken, the shower door was broken, the door of the bathroom was broken. We booked for three people and there was one blanket in the whole apartment, so nice one. No salt, oil or other necessities where in the apartment, the tv remote had a mind of its own. But there was one thing still keeping our moods from descending into absolute madness. The roof terrace. Advertised as one of the main features of the apartment, we were eager to step out and enjoy the view over Malaga at night. So we got some drinks and wanted to step out. Now here’s the thing, the roof terrace really IS nice, but only if it’s open because its closed after 11 pm and doesn’t open again till 9 am. So really, if you go to Malaga, stay away from this insult of an apartment.

Our reservation for this apartment got off to a challenging start. We initially booked through booking.com and received multiple reminders to both reserve a deposit and pay the full price via a provided link before our arrival. Unfortunately, due to their persistent reminders, we mistakenly paid for our entire 10-day stay at the apartment in advance, even though the deposit was only reserved on our card. This led to our booking being canceled by the apartment management on booking.com. When we contacted the apartment staff, they denied receiving our payment and refused to assist us in rebooking directly through them, despite claiming the apartment was available and ready. They also declined to provide a refund and stopped responding to our messages. They were unprofessional and did not cooperate. We even requested their official email address for assistance, but they refused to provide it. Only after mentioning involving Booking.com did they finally respond. We escalated the issue with booking.com, providing all the necessary payment proof, and it was only after booking.com intervened that the apartment management acknowledged our payment and issued a refund. It was a frustrating experience, especially considering the substantial amount involved, €950. The host's initial lack of responsiveness and refusal to cooperate left a sour taste in our mouths. In the end, we did receive our money back, but the whole situation could have been handled much more professionally. Our experience with booking.com was instrumental in resolving the issue, while the apartment management decided to block us on their booking.com listing. I recommend everyone to skip this accommodation for their own good.
