The room was immaculately clean and boasted a stunning view. However, what truly compelled me to pen my first-ever review was the exceptional staff. Their service left an indelible impression.

This place is disgusting, even for a budget hotel. Not even sure how they pass health inspections. The carpeting of the floors has all kinds of disgusting stains on it, probably including mold. The room was falling apart, our “nightstand” literally broke off the wall. Also, reception isn’t very friendly or understanding. Check out is at 10am but we used their laundry facilities and asked for an extra half hour to dry our clothes and they said it would be 1000 yen even though we already spent 450 yen on doing laundry. Given the horrible conditions of this place, you’d think they’d give a little wiggle room with the check out time. Go somewhere else. Even if it’s the cheapest option.

This place is in the middle of no where. You have to literally walk on the street from the train station. There is no sidewalks. Very dangerous. But that’s not really the hotels fault. The room I was given was filled with cigarettes smell. I’m highly sensitive and already have a headache. I asked to change rooms but they claim to not have one. Even with the window and door open. I can’t. I’m most likely going to leave. But I’m so tired. If you don’t mind smoke. I guess this would be good for you. But I’m visiting a friend. Otherwise I don’t see any reason a person would choose to come here.
