Our stay in this hotel is a wonderful experience. The owners are very approachable and friendly. They were very happy to help and answer all our inquiries. The old lady cleaning the rooms can speak to us in English with fluency and gives us everything that we need in the room. The pool overlooking the Kerkira Channel is magnificent, It doesn’t really bother me if the pool isn‘t that clean because the the whole Island is just dusty and sandy. And they have a private beach just a couple of steps downstairs. Breakfast was lovely, cooked and served by the owner himself and eating alongside the beach with a fantastic view is just unforgettable.

Such a lovely hotel, we had the room with the private pool which was stunning, amazing views and staff were fab! Food was good also. Stunning private beach, decent location supermarkets and gift shops just 5 min walk. Definitely some mixed reviews on the hotel, it is what you make of it. For us two we found it amazing it does have its faults but you can’t complain with the price you pay and everything it has to come with it. Such an amazing get away for our first holiday abroad, would definitely re book with them!

Difficult to give an opinion here. It could be a 5* star hotel easily , but the services are not of that standard . The setting is awesome , with a superb seaview on the rocky area of barbati beach. The rooms are clean and new but some have silly flaws . The blinding curtains are not long enough so there's always light coming through in the morning , they only offer single beds , and the phone is in the toilet room 😬. I picked the suite with a private swimming pool , which is awesome , no doubt. It's something to try in your lifetime , but the privacy is not a big matter for the owner because there's almost no barrier between private pools. Too bad if u get a noisy and drunk polish family as neighbors 😂 Also, booking.com mentions they offer an outstanding breakfast. They don't. Coffee machine was broken the first day, milk was not in the fridge , you can barely find spoons , or you have to search it in the cupboards on your own , juices are a shame , and if u don't ask the waitress to cook u eggs or crepes or salad you get nothing . Once again , the breakfast room offers a divine seaview which softens the hard feelings ;) Thanks god we are on holidays 🎉 Oh and they don't accept credit card :(
