Homewood Suites by Hilton Teaneck Glenpointe

I am a Silver Member for Hilton and have stayed in many Hiltons. This Hilton location is constantly clean, ALWAYS doing housekeeping EVERY DAY that is huge to me. Their breakfast is well stocked and tables always clean. The staff have all been friendly and helpful. They handled our 150 High School music person group with ease. Kim and Tatiana great front desk service. Thanks for all of your hard work on our behalf. Location is not bad at all if you don’t want to stay in Manhattan. Long commute if you were driving in each day.

We stayed a few months ago and enjoyed it so we book again for our summer vacation. The hotel is located nicely near places we wanted to visit. While the room is spacious, I unfortunately have a few complaints this time around. The front desk staff is pretty helpful and the rooms are clean. I would love to have more variety at the breakfast bar as I’m not a heavy meat and potatoe eater. But my biggest issue was despite placing a do not disturb sign on my door each day, housekeeping still entered. This made me extremely uncomfortable and I did share it with the gentleman at the front desk. I thought the point of the door sign is not for anyone to enter , of course unless it’s an emergency. I found some of my bags moved around and really didn’t like that at all.

This hotel met the mark! The bed was low and comfy. I really like it. We had a corner unit with night lighting. The room and well out together with a kitchenette. The only negative was the sofa was stained brown on the back. Otherwise, it’s a nice area. There is a nice neighborhood to walk the pup in too with a school and a little park! I think it’s safe to stay here!
