We were really hoping for a better experience. The place is definitely not family-friendly – there are tons of stairs all over the property, and you can’t really avoid them. With kids or a stroller, it quickly becomes a hassle. Cleanliness was also lacking – both the rooms and the common areas could’ve been much better maintained. Breakfast was another letdown: very basic, limited options, and not properly chilled – which is a real concern in warmer weather. What really says it all: we actually chose to leave early and didn’t even use all the nights we had booked. That’s how uncomfortable we felt. The one big positive was the staff – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always trying their best. You could tell they genuinely cared. With some improvements, it could be a great stay – but it's not there yet.
