The island is surrounded by turquoise waters and white sandy beaches, making it a dream destination for relaxation and adventure. Spacious villas with ocean views provide comfort and privacy, while the staff are always friendly and attentive. A Slice of Paradise!! Close your eyes and imagine that you’re on a Paradise Island in the middle of a deep blue ocean - this is it! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a dream. The setting was literally nothing short of paradise — endless stretches of powdery white sand all around the island that felt like silk beneath our feet, and the kind of turquoise sea that you usually only see on photoshopped postcards. Every view was breathtaking, and with the island being only 4 km all the way around, you could see every sunrise and sunset across the ocean each day. We stayed in the Deluxe Beach Bungalow which was huge with an amazing outdoor shower which was fun when the wind was blowing! Soft drinks, bottled water, tea and coffee included in the room and these were topped up each day. The room also has a coffee machine which has chargeable coffee pods so we did our research and took our own with us (Cafitaly if you like coffee and want to save some money)! The mini bars have a small selection of alcohol but this was chargeable and as we were all inclusive we got drinks from the restaurant and at the Thila bar from 11 am until midnight! What truly made this holiday unforgettable was the amazing staff from the room boy to the waiter and from the kitchen staff to the pool man. Special thanks to Nazrul, Laxmi, Sabeetha, Madihern and Vimal who were all brilliant! The diving / snorkelling Jetty takes you to the edge of the reef and you would be unlucky not to see a dolphin, shark, ray or a turtle each time you visit. We swam alongside curious baby black tip sharks that swam up and down the shore through the waves and watched majestic dolphins in the distance — a sight that left us speechless. Turtles glided gracefully just below the surface, while sleek reef sharks patrolled the coral gardens like quiet sentinels. Stingrays drifted beneath us with ghostly elegance, and every snorkelling session felt like a guided tour through a living aquarium. The hotel organises boat trips, including Night fishing, lucky Dolphin spotting, turtle snorkelling trip and snorkelling on a local island reef. but snorkelling just around the island is amazing because of the variety of fish even though some of the coral is suffering (as with the rest of the world’s coral reefs). We did three boat trips and saw sharks, turtles, rays and dolphins. There is a good diving center which I was thinking of doing a session, as I am a qualified scuba diver, but it s quite expensive and the snorkelling was almost as good as diving. We stayed for 14 nights and on our second week, because of the impending monsoon season, we were virtually on our own on the island with only a few other guests, but the weather was still amazing if a little bit windy. The food is buffet style but was absolutely delicious and every meal was really tasty as they use lots of Indian based herbs and spices in the recipes. Breakfast was lovely and covered every taste from pancakes to cheese, meats and sausages, eggs and beans and cereals. The fruit is always freshly cut in front of you. The staff feed the sharks on the arrival jetty every evening at 7:30 pm with some of the leftover fish. Each day we woke up early to see the sunrise and even though the island is quite small it seemed like there was lots to do, just exploring the wildlife on the jungle paths, lounging on the sun beds just outside the room on the beach or just floating in the warm, turquoise crystal-clear water. There is an abundance of fauna and flora on the island, including fruit bats, lizards, geckos, snakes, Jackdaws, White-breasted waterhens and plenty of coconut palms! Sunsets are beautiful while sipping cocktails at the Thila Bar next to the pool. The balance between the thrill of natural marine life and tranquility of the beautiful beaches was perfect. The speedboat transfer and the VIP lounge at the airport were also brilliant. If you’re looking for a destination that soothes the soul and ignites the senses, this was it. It wasn’t just a holiday — it was pure magic. Paradise found!

Absolutely stunning 😍 beach was beautiful, bungalows huge and the outdoor shower was amazing. Air conditioning and fan kept room cool. Saw sharks, baby sharks, rays and lots of different fishies. Some saw turtles from the pier. One morning after a beautiful sunrise a pod of dolphins swam right past the rooms in the shallows. Food was indian orientated but delicious. I specially loved the banana/pineapple pancakes for breakfast, mixed salads at lunch and dinner and the puddings. There was a locely choice of fresh fruit at each meal time too. We never went hungry. Tv had basic channels but we never used it. Only went in pool twice as the sea was our favourite place to be. Bungalows walk straight out onto the most beautiful stretch of beach. We had 107 deluxe room with bath. Staff were amazing, so polite and helpful. Went on local island trip, fishing trip and snorkelling trip (saw 2 turtles and 2 sharks) and enjoyed it all. We saw where the turtles came up onto beach and walked around the island which is around 5k. Didn't hire bikes as way too hot. Didn't use diving either or spa. This was the perfect dream holiday. Take inflatables, cigarettes, spf and Mosquito spray. (All expensive in shop) i didn't get any bites myself, boyfriend got a few but he's a magnet for anything that bites. They do fumigate every evening around 6pm. Long trip to get here but as you arrive in Male, they take you to a lounge with free WiFi, food and air conditioning, help you check into domestic flight and look after you.
