Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel

This is our fourth time staying at this hotel — we just can’t resist coming back! Our 5- year-old absolutely loves it here. This time, we stayed in the Frozen Suite, which was a wonderful experience. We were also lucky to meet several Disney characters right at the hotel, including Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Donald, and Goofy — such a delight for both kids and adults! A special thanks to the amazing staff on the 7th floor — everyone was so kind and welcoming. Thank you again for another unforgettable stay!

A very good experience overall with good service and friendly staff. One blemish is it seems the piping system is old. Very noisy water flushing from next door on my last night of stay. For some weird reason, the adjacent room was using water incessantly for an hour starting from about 1030pm and it goes on for more than an hour. The hotel did responded promptly to my complaint but there is nothing much they can do as the adjacent room did not answer the door. The hotel did offered me to switch room but it is already close to midnight by then and my two little kids are asleep, not for old folks like me and my wife though. So, the plumbing should be looked at to prevent such incidences in the future.

The hotel itself is nice clean and well designed but their room service need some improvement. They don’t provide water bottles and its only warm water. Location is good and there is bus every 10 minutes to Disneyland which is convenience .
