Hong Ngoc Dynastie Boutique Hotel & Spa

We had a great time staying at Holiday Emerald Hotel. One thing that we liked about is the location you can just walk and there are Michelin restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly and willing to help if you’re in need of food/spa recommendations. Breakfast selection is good you just have to order some items so they can prepare it fresh. Housekeeping made sure that whenever we go back to the hotel we have water, coffee, tea and toiletries are filled up. Clean towels are given everyday. Also, with great selection of coffee shops and spa that gave 10% discount whenever you book with Holiday Emerald. Lastly, the staff made a surprise for my Dad’s birthday they prepared cake and arranged the room with a cute decoration.

The Hong Ngoc Dynastie Hotel is a must stay in Hanoi. Everything from check in to check out was 10/10. Everyone there is so so friendly and the food is fantastic. You will fine the staff are always there wanting to help you with what ever you need. The shopping is right outside the door. Stayed here at the start of our holiday. Great location for the old town and lake. Room was a really nice size with a good bathroom. The Breakfast was great and they even did us a to go back when we had to leave for a train. Would stay again.
