Excellent customer service. Staff responds quickly, accurately, and seems genuinely interested in being part of a great customer service team. The hotel is solid but not great. While the fixtures and finishes seem quality, there is a bit of a noise issue in the general building. Pool is great with a deep end enough for me to stand up in (5-10) to my neck. Bar is a little pricey but I guess that everywhere these days. Parking and entry options are plentiful and convenient. I recommend this hotel.

Awesome hotel. Everything is great except I thought this would be a more relaxing, adult focused hotel due to the spa inside and being in an area where people come for outdoor activities. Unfortunately, it feels like everyone brings their children here to run wild. The pool was busy all day with kids jumping off the waterfall, splashing, screaming & making whirlpools. It’s the complete opposite of relaxing at this hotel unless you’re in your room. However, my room was loud too as I faced the pool and could hear screaming children through my windows. The rooms are awesome and the aesthetic of the hotel screams relaxation in the canyon but the actual vibe is chaotic. I’d come back, maybe.

We had a one-night stay here and overall, the experience was a good one. The room could use some updating, but it was relatively clean and quiet. I do wish hotels would use Swiffer dusters to get all the hair and dust off furniture and out of corners. The food at the restaurant was pretty good and the staff was wonderful, especially Travis and Anneloes in the dining room and Vienna at the front desk.
