Hoposa Uyal

We spent a lovely week at Hoposa Uyal and would definitely stay again. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. The location is perfect, directly opposite Tamarells beach, which is a wonderful beach with the added bonus of a nice beach bar. 15-20 minutes walk to the centre of town, so you could rather head up there for a bit more of a lively night out or stay local to the hotel if you fancy a quieter night. Breakfast buffet is very good and the cocktails from the bar were well made.

Had an incredible stay. We had a junior suite, room 453, and would highly recommend this upgrade. Very spacious accommodation, delicious food, friendly staff and perfect location. Beautiful sandy beach opposite, with plenty of sun beds etc at all times, and a flat beautiful walk of around 15 minutes gets yoi down to the harbour and pine walk. We will be back!

Lovely old hotel right across the Road from the beach. It's quite a walk into town if your mobility is not great and when it's really hot. However, there are a handful of restaurants quite close by. The rooms are comfortable and clean and ours had a lovely big walk in shower and great sea view. The breakfast food selection is good as was the service in the restaurant. The dining room was well staffed. Reception usually only had one person on and there were a couple of times when it would have been advantageous to have more staff available. The sun beds seemed to get reserved with towels from early morning, perhaps a policy should be put in place to prevent this being a problem.
