Honestly tho, i went to this hotel for a business, and i got a bad bad room, ac remote is run of batteries, and room also smelly af. I change to another room but room is messed, i call the front desk and yeah as i thought she’s not helping too. Bad attitude also. I just wanna rest after all the work and not bothering you, I’m just asking about new room and you gimme the attitude-just bad, especially mam with the short hair at the front desk, you should keep your attitude mam, i kno’ me and you are tired, I’m not asking much but my room only, disappointing.

you shouldn't have used up all your rooms by selling them early or online, I almost booked some rooms that night if you still had some space left that night, such a shame.

First of all the Breakfast is horrible, variant of Pasty which are only 2 variant. The Service is a big no because there was a spilled milk near my table and a few times the waitress passed through it but did not care to look at it. The Rooms? Is just as bad as the service. Very very dark and very old, the ac is just as broken as everything. The lift has the worst waiting time ever, took me like 10 minutes just to get on a Lift because it's connected to the Apartment. Conclusion, if you wanna pick a room for a stay or a honeymoon. This is not the recommendations for your Stay, try a higher price but worth the price.
