Horison Ultima Bandung

Well, actually I was in an event here. I didn't stay there but my friend told me that some of the room facilities are not working well. The ballroom is quite big and cozy. The food is delicious. And the services are also good. Nice place however some of the spots look old. I think I'm not really comfortable with the mushola because there is no fan nor air conditioner there.

pros : location and helpful staff cons : - no extra lock , and there's a big gap we can hear everything from outside and inside. very not safe , please fix 🙏 - master bed lights broken , so there's no proper lights - stain and stain - towel dirty - broken button etc it doesn't feel like this is a 4 star hotel. too tired to make a complaint. this 3 star is for the staff who helped a lot , actually i really want to give it 1 star

Frankly, I did not expect much in terms of the hotel’s physical condition, as I was aware it is an older establishment and has not undergone significant upgrades for quite some time. Two decades ago, it was considered one of the finest hotels in Bandung. Given that the hotel is still in operation, I assumed the level of service must be excellent—hence my decision to proceed with the booking. As I was traveling with family, I made a simple request at the time of booking. I fully understood that this was not an obligation for the hotel to fulfill. Upon checking in at 8 PM, the front desk made no mention of my request. When I inquired about it, I was told, “Well, it’s just a request. We are not required to fulfill it.” I simply responded that if they were truly committed to providing good service, it could have been accommodated. It became clear to me then why this hotel has lost its luster: the building is old and in need of renovation, and the level of service is far from satisfactory.
