Great Stay at Horison Ultima Bekasi! I had a wonderful stay at Horison Ultima Bekasi. The location is perfect — close to malls, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local and international dishes. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips!

Location is very strategic, and not flooded. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and chandelier. Unfortunately, it is not quite well-maintained. There are small details that requires maintenance.

This was my second time staying at the hotel, but unfortunately, it wasn’t as good as my first visit. The hotel is conveniently connected to the mall. It's a bit old, but it's been well maintained. During check in process, the receptionist was warm and helpful. However, I was a bit surprised that the room she assigned me wasn’t quite up to expectations. She told me the hotel was fully booked. I booked 5 rooms through Agoda, but unfortunately, they were all in the older part of the building on the 4th floor—no views and quite humid. On the first night, my mom and I felt itchy on our hands and feet after using the blanket. Later, we found out that my cousin—who was staying in a different room—had the same issue. He even mentioned that the sheets felt sticky. In the end, we had to ask them to replace all the sheets and bedcovers. Other than that, they only gave us bath towels and a floor mat—no face towels or hand towels at all. I had to request them, and even then, it took forever for anything to arrive. When he finally brought a face towel, he only gave me one for each room, even though I’d clearly said there were two people in the room. I asked if we were supposed to share it, and he actually said yes. I was honestly speechless—like, seriously? Housekeeping guy really needs better training. We had also registered 3 cars for the free parking facility — 2 cars for 2 nights and 1 car for 1 night. But in reality, 2 out of the 3 cars still had to pay for parking, simply because the receptionist didn’t record the check-in and check-out details properly. To make things worse, we found out one of the rooms couldn’t be locked from the outside — and we only realized it right before going out for dinner, which ended up delaying us since we need to wait until it fixed. Fortunatelly, the room was quite spacious and the bed was large—perfect for a family or a group. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the service at Horison this time. I really hope they make improvements, because I’d love to be able to recommend this hotel. Great service and genuine hospitality are what truly matter in any hotel.
