Horizon Hotel

The rooms were excellently designed, well maintained, clean and lighted. Nothing was missing. Well done! Huge and amazing pool, small gym tho. The breakfast was good and there were a few options for vegans and veggies. 🤌🏻🤌🏻 Locations are pretty good, there are a few restaurants around with breathtaking views, I suggest the concept bar close by for an affordable and tasty pizza.

Theoretically it is brand new and modern hotel, but the major problem is with the service. It is terrible! Like someone had money to build a great place but either does not have any clue how to manage it or the person is not there and personel just completely don't care about anything. The rooms were organised well with a nice view over the swimming pool and see but they were very dirty. The bathroom was stinky.The doors were not working well as it seems that the floor thickened? Got rose? You cannot offer things like that in 4 star hotel. The breakfast was good and tasty. The service in the kitchen was good. One of the pluses is gym but again it already starts to get rusty as noone is really interested in anything there. The swimming pool is very nice! It is such a shame that the hotel with such potential is just completely disorganised. The parking place is just useless, people park wherever they want without any control and reception is just ignoring everything. When I kindly asked if someone can inform others to park in a more organised way, they said they will do but obviously they did not do anything and the best way was to park near the street. My car was the rental one fully insured so at the end parking near the street was an option to be considered but if I was there with my private car, let's be honest I would be upset...this is not 4 star standard.
