Horizon Hotel

Location perfect. Friendly and welcoming reception. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room with large windows, of which one small, high, window could be opened. The ocean side rooms have expansive views,and of the sunset too. Pool was large, and great to cool off and relax although there is only space for 2 loungers there are also chairs and tables by the bar. Breakfast was so varied there is something for everyone. Downside, a minor one; the room air con has no ‘quiet’ mode although is has low fan mode, got use to it after the first night. Would stay again.

I had such a great time at Horizon Rooftop! The view was absolutely stunning—especially during sunset. The colors in the sky were just amazing, and it was so relaxing to sit there and take it all in. The place has a really nice vibe—chill and comfortable. It’s perfect for hanging out with friends or even for a quiet evening. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome too. If you’re ever at Sutera Harbour, don’t miss the chance to visit Horizon Rooftop. The sunset view alone is worth it!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Chin Lee Ha. She is incredibly friendly and provides excellent customer service. Her attention to detail and professionalism truly stand out. When I shared my feedback, she immediately took action and personally went upstairs to check and resolve the issue. Her prompt response and dedication are highly commendable. This is my fourth time staying at your hotel, and her outstanding service has made me want to continue recommending your hotel to my friends.
