Horseshoe Bossier City A Caesars Rewards Destination

A little slice of Vegas close to home! I was pleasantly surprised during our stay at the Horseshoe. We came over Fourth of July 🇺🇸 weekend and had a great time. We went to the Dare pool. DJ was great and Boris the manager was awesome. Our waitress, Saylor, was quick with our drinks 🍹 and very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. We did not get a renovated room, but still nice. We are on property and all the food we had was great. We met the executive host, Faith, who was so sweet and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. All in all every staff member we encountered was polite and friendly. A big plus as I am all about customer service. I am excited to have someplace close by for quick getaways! Will for sure be back! The only negative is they have closed their spa.

Spent one night here. The room was huge. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big with a gigantic bathtub that was extremely dangerous to get in and out of. The toilet seat was terrible. Didn’t fit the toilet and moved all over the place. The hair dryer sounded like a jet engine and did work, no air was blowing out of it. The staff was friendly and generally a nice place.

Overall experience was not worth going back to at a future point in time. Rooms have been updated but our bathroom was crazy weird for taking a shower. Microwaves aren’t part of the update; mini fridge and coffee maker were. The best part of the overnight stay was the 8 ball restaurant. Food and service were exceptional, professional and friendly.
